These terms apply when a school uses Report Card Studio, made by Green-Soft Uganda - SMC Limited (“Greensoft”, “we”).
Your account
The person who signs the school up becomes its owner and may invite staff. Keep passwords private; the school is responsible for what is done with its staff accounts.
Paying
Setting up, designing and checking cards is free. Printing and downloading a class’s report cards needs that term to be paid. One price per school per term, shown on the Billing page before you pay.
Your data
The school owns its data. If a term is not paid, the school can still sign in, see and export its data; it just cannot print new cards. See the privacy notice.
Fair use
Use the app only for your school’s own records. Do not try to reach another school’s data or disrupt the service.
Our part
We work to keep the app running and your data safe, and we tell schools about important changes. The school should check cards before printing many (the app gives a free test print for this).
